I’m leveraging the experience of 20 years in leadership roles for my consulting work. This enables good discussions at the right decision making levels. Next to my strategic and analytical capabilities the experience in dealing with practical operational challenges in the execution of projects and implementation of decisions knowing about the dependencies in an organisation helps to develop the right solutions together with the clients. We define the optimal outcome, challenge the boundaries and achieve the maximum within the environment. This leads to a successful implementation and execution.
Here some examples of transformation projects from the last few years:
- design, development and implementation of a completely new global organisation for HR Services for 130.000 employees in 52 countries, transformation und implementation of global processes and technology, setting up and leading more than 600 employees in 23 countries
- design and reorganisation of pension plans transfering all employees from defined benefit plans to cash balance plans
- leading the reorganisation of an entire organisation along the the value chain setting up a new structure of 18 legal entities for R&D, Sales, Services and Infrastructure including transfer of more than 8000 employees
