  • design, development and implementation of a completely new global organisation for HR Services for 130.000 employees in 52 countries, transformation und implementation of global processes and technology, setting up and leading more than 600 employees in 23 countries
  • design and reorganisation of pension plans transfering all employees from defined benefit plans to cash balance plans
  • leading the reorganisation of an entire organisation along the the value chain setting up a new structure of 18 legal entities for R&D, Sales, Services and Infrastructure including transfer of more than 8000 employees
